Pastors Rickey and Donna Hunt

Pastor Rickey came to know the Lord when he was 23 years old. During this time the Lord began a major transformation in his life. Pastor Rickey had been living a promiscuous lifestyle, selling drugs, drinking, and carrying a .357 for his own personal protection. However, God had a much bigger plan than Rickey had ever expected. He is now a Pastor, author of 7 books, and has also written numerous articles for newspapers and magazines. Pastor Rickey often shares and teaches that no matter who you are, God wants to bless you and raise you up right where you are. He insists that everybody can live a victorious lifestyle every day of their lives through Christ Jesus.

Pastor Donna grew up in a traditional Catholic home and traveled frequently due to her dad’s occupation as a government surveyor. That meant 3-4 different schools a year until they settled in Mineola, Texas her 7th grade year. Donna had a serious encounter with Christ when she was 17 and committed her life to serve the Lord.

After graduation from high school and 1 year of college, she went to the Agape Force Bible School and served in the mission field for 2 years. Donna later finished college, became a public school teacher, and has been teaching for 25 years. She believes that the public school system is her mission field. Donna weaves humor into her messages as she teaches. She often says, “Humor is a universal tool that can not only defuse intense situations, but help us retain what we have learned by laughing at ourselves.” Her favorite topics to teach include: relationship principles, marriage, family, overcoming obstacles, and the power of forgiveness. She has faith in the absolute fact that God loves you, has a plan for you, and HE is committed to your success!

Pastors Rickey and Donna have two sons both of which are serving in the ministry alongside their parents. They love the country life and own, operate, and live on a small ranch between De Kalb and Avery.
